What I've been doing is alternating weeks. One week I'll do sqauts and then go about the rest of my leg day. The next week I'll do leg press and then continue. My reasoning was they are both such demanding movements I didn't want to overtrain. I am wondering if this is bad logic though.
Do you guys do squats and leg press on the same day or some other way? Any insight?
