well it can turn into estrogen, and if u r doing stuff have a worse impact on ur liver, it all depends on the amount taking in. I have read that 2 beers or so every once in a while is good for muscle growth
I don't drink whatsoever anymore, the lack of energy, the 2 day sickness, the dehydration are not worth it. I'd rather wake up and know that I feel great and will feel that way all day instead of waking up feeling like shit
Quitting drinking is one of the best things I have ever done as far as my bodybuilding goals go...I quit shortly after I had my first kid...
I will occasionaly have a glass of wine or two with my girl but thats it...When I was in my early and mid 20's I would get shitfaced everytime...it was all or nothing.
