My DR. is cool as fck!!!! I dnt have to hide anything from him. He just talks to me about the negs and the pos of everything. I remember1 time I had to give a urine sample to check my liver enzymes and he said "Why is there pot in your system?", and I said "cause I smoke pot". He just laughed his ass off and said "well, there are way worse things you could be doing". He still laughs about that to this day....
