do you supplement amino's?

Do you use an BCAA supplement along with your shakes and food or do you just get enough from your diet alone? Ive heard some amazing things about scivation's xtend i know sounds like a penis pill, but everyone ive seen write about it claims they grow much better on it. I personally dont supplement them much, I do however take beef liver tabs in between meals and at night when i get up to keep some building blocks alive in my body and keep my body from going to full starvation.
 
wow!! am i missing out on something?? i remember it was a big deal like 17 years ago... I was taking them hard core when i was 15-lol.

sure you are. amino acids are the building blocks of protein. you really cant get too much.
 
start of with 7-10 grams of bcaa and 10 grams of glutamine mid morning in between meals, and then again before you train. get the powder from trueprotein and you can even get it sweetened and flavored.
