Do you use an BCAA supplement along with your shakes and food or do you just get enough from your diet alone? Ive heard some amazing things about scivation's xtend i know sounds like a penis pill, but everyone ive seen write about it claims they grow much better on it. I personally dont supplement them much, I do however take beef liver tabs in between meals and at night when i get up to keep some building blocks alive in my body and keep my body from going to full starvation.
