Ive never had a big problem with acne even when cycling but this cycle for some reason im getting quite a few on my shoulders and middle back. Nothing crazy but its definitely annoying. Thinking of grabbing a couple months of tanning at my gym does this really help with your acne? Also what are some OTC soaps that help rid the problem?

I rarely ever get acne any more than a bump here and a bump there. heck I have two bumps on my back right now, but I have noticed in the winter months when I ten less I get a few more bumps than normal. So I have to think it does help dry up and tighten the skin somewhat.

the sun has helped me a SHIT LOAD!....but its not exactly tanning that has helped me....If I get my back sun burned it totally clears out my back and if they come back I sun burn again..

YES YES YES YES YES. I'm plauged with acne bro. If there was ever a complaint about AAS its that and only that. but yeah, nothing (for me) helps more than the sun. Right now I'm on Retin-A (topical version of accutane) and your supposed to load up on lotion and SPV for protection from the sun. They say don't go anywhere near it. So I did that and watched myself become about as pale DREWW and my acne got worst so I said fuck it and I went and got a new tannning membership and tanned. The result: shit started clearing up the day of and I look better than I have in about a month. Man, if I could finance a tanning bed I would. Fucking Jay Cutler, that fucker has 2 in his garage!

I can't speak to acne from a cycle, but I do notice that when I spend time in the sun my skin is healthier overall and I get less blemishes. I've always felt a good tan helped keep my skin healthy.

Also try Proactiv's new body wash, body pads and body lotion. That will make a huge difference. That in conjunction with tanning will help. Never use a "soap", they are very drying and actually cause you to break out more since you're stripping away too much sebum and then your body produces more sebum to compensate and then voila, you break out more.

deca has been the one thing that really gave me some bumps. i dont like how it suppresses you so i dont fu** with now but when i did i broke out pretty decent on my back. i hate the ones on your arms or shoulders, your looking forward to some barbell curls and close grip benching in a sleeveless and you see the bumps and your like fu** it i will where some tight sleeve T and pull em up a little

It seems I only get acne when I eat sugar.. But when i do breakout on my shoulders, then tanning bed most def helps out alot

I'm going tanning here in a few before I train! Customer appreciation day at iTan baby. Tanned N' Tone baby!
