was haveing trouble with shoulder pain when it came to the stretches. so lowered weight with them and felt a hell of alot better.got a better hit on the intended bodypart to.
 
are you talking DC stretches here? I don't think you need to go really heavy with the stretches, the amount of weight won't make that much of a difference as long as it's enough to stretch the fascia of the muscle and help stimulate blood flow etc.
 
yeah dc and kinda figure that as my wight increases wth the lifts that weight should increase with the stretches to a certain point.

weight should increase after you can hold the previous weight for 90 secs...

seems like 90 seconds or more is the time you want to shoot for, in a way the stretches are an exercise in themselves
