ECA homemade or pre-made?

Hey no fair, you edited your question. OK here goes. I feel that it was much easier to take one or two pills rather than a volume. The cost was a little cheaper going the pre-made. However the ease and convienance of the less pills far outweighed the price.

I buy pre-made. The lure of making my own would be cost, but also the ability to get real ephedrine vs. the herbal. But, the ECA I currently use (schwartz ultimate burn) has some extra stuff, like raspberry ketones, synephrine, chromium picolinate, vitamin h??? Anyway, I figure those things do something for me, lol

I started buyin' Ephedrine at gas stations when I see it - Who knows how much longer you will be able to.
I find it in VA when I travel.

I haven't started using it yet, but I baought the ephedra, caffeine, and aspirin separately because with the pre-mades I could find, they were not forthcoming about exactly what was in them and at what dosage. So, I feel I can control that better with home- made ECA stack.

I've only taken premades. But since I'm cheap, and make just about all my other goodies, I think I might start making my own.

what doses are you premades peeps doing, I know what presser uses but what bout everyone else...

i make my own. It is alot cheaper. $18 will do about 180 stacks of 200mg caff, 25 mg ephed and 325mg asprin. I also like having them individual. I alternate between ECA/Yohimbe and caff and clen.
