Your super young so if I were you I would eat my balls off ! Load up on the cleaner carbs since ur cutting as u said and yeah you can do 1.5 G protein per lb of weight. Or keep your fats under 80 daily and you'll be fine. I use to keep mine under 50 when I was younger and kept track of everything in a little note book . I would right down EVERYTHING! I usually did it for a show so I knew what worked and what didn't as far as bloating or full lean look but its still a good idea for anyone bro it helps you keep on shit
