Raising 3 young children, it’s not always easy to get to the gym. What are some high cardio, intense workouts that I can do at home (without the need for equipment)?

If you have a bit of a yard why don't you try create a little cardio circuit. From push ups, squats, burpies, sprints, lunges, maybe som light weight shoulder presses etc and variations of these exercises... Run them on a timer at 30secs intervals with no more than 5 sec rest between intervals.. Make sure you keep your blood moving around your body by alternating from upper body to lower body with every interval... Do all this for 30-40 mins at a high intensity... Give that a go.. It's somthing you could do with minimal equipment..

if u have not been active 2 this point the original power 90 , if you are active the current px 90 is very effective , other than that buy a 5 $ jump rope and get 2 work and for sure the above stated works wonders. Just depends what u want 2 invest (time money wise)

That's a great suggestion. Jump rope is another cheap, quick high intensity exercise you could incorporate as well.
