I have what seem like pockets of fat towards the outside of my nipple all the way under my arm. It is like below my armpit connecting to my lat. Anyone else have this? Anything I can do other than just lose more bodyfat? I'd be pretty happy with my chest if it weren't for this.

Yeah, besides liposuction, there isn't much you can do besides slowly losing more bodyfat.

I am guessing its what they call brown fat cells and they are extremely hard to get rid of. I have a small amount on my chest that just never seems to go away. Its not gyno its just fat, but as dreww pointed out all we can do it keep cutting and cutting and hopefully it goes. I saw a guy that ran super marathons and ran 150 miles per week, but he still had small love handles.
i feel your pain bro, i still got love handles, even in that pic. i just hide them well. why cant i store fat on my arms and look swole when im fat? i call that 'strategically placed fat'
the shorts are way too big, so the handles arent getting pinched and flapping over. right now, my bf measures 6 or 7% on my front side. but my back is 12 or 13%. so i store alot of fat on my upper and lower back.
