What's your fav clean food. Mine is tuna in cottage cheese with some mct oil and pepper. I never get sick of this. Could eat it forever.

yeah that is great we have been using alot of ground turkey now to cook with. Too many people coming to the hospital from mad cow, and by the time they realize u have that u only have a few months.

Yea, I don't buy beef from the stores, I get it locally from butcher's. It's a lot cheaper and you can have them cut it the way you want off the jump.
