For everyone that sits a desk all day at work, what do you think if the best protein bar as far as a snack goes? Or is it better to have a shake?? let me hear some of the ideas??
their nutritional facts listed on the bars are completely false... it has more fat, and sugar than listed on the label, and about half the protein it claims to have
they do taste good, but how can you trust a company that lies on its label
