I am building a sort of DC routine but with a powerlifting alternating cycle built in. So a few of your favorite exercises would be greatly appreciated. I will post up my workout whenever I create it and see what you guys think. I think it will be a pretty solid though.

your DC routine is made up of YOUR favorite exercises. and also what you have access to at your gym.

I love working out period , I like every exercise. My favorite exercises are whichever ones work. Which is why I would like to know other peoples exercises they do , I can go through and pick the ones I want out of that

To build mass, as a rule, you want to stick with compound exercises. These are mostly freeweights exercises.

Bench press(flat, incline, decline). Alternate these for chest days.

Military presses build your shoulders quicker than anything. Also builds your tris.

For Triceps, my favorite is sitting down on a bench, and do tricep extensions with an ez bar. You can look in the mirror while doing this and see your tris pumping. DC recommends rev. grip bench, but I have a hard time turning my wrists like that.

Legs & Back, squats squats, squats. I am just getting the movement down. It has taken me a couple of years to get my body used to squats to where I can finally start lifting heavy on them. Master the squat before you do isolation exercise like leg extensions, or leg curls. Squats will build your bones, and make you thicker all around.

I can tell you have the fever, youngster, so keep studying on these forums, and get your diet and training together befor you try any gear. Work on those squats.

Dont forget deads... I want to develope my deadlift more. Always did squats, cant do dick for dead lift.

Deadlifts are the stuff. To me they are probably the best all around exercise you can do. I have always made it past chest plateaus by focusing on deadlifts as well. That may sound odd, but everytime I plateau I start doing deads and break through. I love doing skullcrushers for tris. I also ditto klowndog's comment about freeweights and comound exercises. I always get great results doing dumbell bench presses. You have to use all the smaller muscles to keep the form strict so that equals more stimulation.
