Feedback from my trainer visit...

Well I went to Atlanta to see my trainer this past weekend and had a good time. Feedback was that I had put on alot of size and good size at that. He thinks I could do well at the Jr. USA, so Im aiming for that. I still need more legs(overall), back thickness in the middle of my back, and upper chest. Also said that I need to watch my waist and not let it get to big. I got that GH gut going on. lol. He did say that I wasnt fat for offseason though, which is good. I weighed in at 271lbs on his scale. Looks like I have a little over a month until I start my diet.
 
nice bro...271lbs thats big bro...I bet you will be in the super's...? what do you think...? I can see you coming in at a ripped 235lbs or so...maybe even a tad heaiver, if you want more fullness on stage...

well time will tell, on the weight class. i have to do a show 2 weeks prior to qualify for Jr. usa, so I will have to see how I look at my weight then. At 5'10 I think I can still do well in the heavy's, as long as my conditioning is great.
