Well I went to Atlanta to see my trainer this past weekend and had a good time. Feedback was that I had put on alot of size and good size at that. He thinks I could do well at the Jr. USA, so Im aiming for that. I still need more legs(overall), back thickness in the middle of my back, and upper chest. Also said that I need to watch my waist and not let it get to big. I got that GH gut going on. lol. He did say that I wasnt fat for offseason though, which is good. I weighed in at 271lbs on his scale. Looks like I have a little over a month until I start my diet.
