she wants to lose about 8-10 lbs... I personally think she looks great with a nice toned body but she see differently... ANYWAYS, just doing research on what other people have achieved from it and what kind of doses...

I strongly suggest she do NOT use adipex. Get her some aqua-burn from the MC store and have her do cardio and watch what she eats. The side effects of adipex IMO is not worth it, the worst of which is that it is habit-forming. Here is a link about it: http://www.drugs.com/adipex.html

adipex is a diet drug for the so called "last resort" type of person. Its a rapid weightloss aid and is like crack when comparing it to other thermogenics and dietary supplements....it crushes the persons appetite and is very catabolic in the sense that it discourages any nutritional intake because of its ability to suppress ones apetite....


i feel that it is a good recreational drug....for those that are into that sort of thing.....but i would never suggest someone use it on a regular basis because it is very powerful and the results can be achieved with milder compounds with minimal muscle loss
