Well I have been off for a while since I got hurt. Shoulder pop during bench and had to go through rehab for external rotation on my rotator cuff. Well 3 weeks ago I got the go ahead to start working out again. Its humbleing comming back from an injury and going slow to make sure you dont do something stupid. Well also I am in the process of buying a house and if all goes well I will buying settling the first of July. The only problem is that there are literally NO real gyms anywhere near me and the ones that are there are all cardio and few free weights at all. So my wife said that is was ok once we got settled in to go ahead and build/buy a 20x20 shed on a poured slab concrete floor and make my own gym at home. Woo Hoo. I have already fabricated a push sled from a design that I found online kinda like the prowler 2. I am going to make my own squat rack, and chest supported row as well. I work in a fabrication shop so I can make a crap load of gym equipment myself. Others I will get off craigslist and things like that. All I got to do is buy the raw steel and I can do the rest. Well anyways that is what I have been up to.
