well im going to start this tonight before chest and tris and see how i feel, i will post results even though i hear nuttin but good things about this product
 
you might get an upset stomach at first. Your body has to get used it. You may feel like gagging.
 
well im replacing my eca stack for this stuff just preworkout, so im hoping the eca stack has been so bad on my stomach that nothing else could ever upset it,lol, how were ur pumps and did ur lifts go up
 
what dose do u recomend i start with bro, go with the labeled dose or different, take into consideration im 6'3 275lbs right now so i might need more?
 
Like I've said before I'm a total caffeine junkie so I use 2 rounded scoops and it gets me going just fine. I think when I started out I only used one and felt that wasn't quite enough for me. What flavor did you get? I use lemonade. The flavor takes some getting used to but it's definitely not the worst thing I've choked down in my pursuit of muscle. Now I actually look forward to the taste. As for it's effectiveness, the pumps are incredible, almost too much at times. You know the feeling that you get in your forearms and biceps where it feels like the skin is going to explode? Yeah, it's like that.
 
Im 5'10" at 230 and I think I took two extra scoops and felt great. If I remember right it suggested two scoops and I took four. I made sure I didnt have too much food in me too that made a big difference to me. I need to get some more because that stuff really works great!

u took 4 on ur first try bro? if so then thats what ill do on a fairly empty belly, lemme know
 
I don't recommend four scoops- you may be gagging your way to the bathroom. Everyone has different reactions to it so better to play it safe.
 
i agree with mmx whenever i try something new i stay on the conservative side..i always react weird to shit..like stimulants, i get very jittery for a few minutes to maybe an hour tops then i need to nap, i crash so hard i can barely keep my eyes open. wierd thing is i can drink a few cups of coffee and be ok, but if i take one caffine pill which is only 200mgs of caffine basically the same as a cup and i feel like i am having a melt down, i start to sweat, my jaw clenches, i shake and feel like i am gonna yak..but half a pill and i am ready to rock and roll..

I first took a couple and felt so so then I added the two extra a week later and felt like thats what I needed. I never really felt like I was gonna get sick. I liked the taste of it alot myself, for a sup it was real good in my opinion. I do know when I had a full stomach I couldnt take enough to feel anything so I made sure it was a while after I ate because its to expensive to waste like that. Keep in mind Im also the kinda guy that could drink red bull all day long and then take an afternoon nap. Lol! Also did anyone else notice a positive change in your sex drive on this stuff? I got a buddy that is 46 and he takes it before him and his wife get it on . And I have noticed myself the stamina is alot better.
 
It is supposed to be taken on an empty stomach taken on off and training days.
There was an article of a guy that drank Red Bulls all day long- was in great shape but he died that evening because of it.
YOU are the exception and not the rule- always better to begin conservative on dosages when trying any supplement.

My red bull is always watered down with vodka! Lol! But seriously the energy drinks act slower on my body for some reason thats why I dont even mess with them, NO Explode is the only one I can say I feel for my self and see the results. Its good stuff. But you are right start off conservative till you get it dialed in like anything else.
 
Damn, I think I'm the only one who didn't get much of anything from this product. Maybe I should try taking a more per serving next time.
 
WELL TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME USING IT, I DID TAKE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND I TOOK 4 SCOOPS AS WEL AS MY SCOOP OF POWERLINE CREATINE WHICH I TAKE THE CREATINE DAILY ANYWAYS FOR A WEEK NOW OR SO

OK WELL TOOK 4 SCOOPS 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO WORKING OUT (CHEST) ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. SIMPLY PUT IT WAS AMAZING! MY CHEST WAS SO PUMPED I COULDNT BELIEVE IT, AND MY STRENTGH WAS THROUGH THE ROOF, I HAVE BEEN KEEPING A TRAINING JOURNAL FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND ON FLAT BENCH I KNOW I COULD HAVE BLOWN AWAY MY FIRST 4 SET FROM LAST WEEKS NUMBERS BUT I ONLY DID THE SAME NUMBERS IN TERMS OF WEIGHT AND REPS PER FIRST 4 SETS, I DID THIS TO SAVE MY SELF FOR MY LAST SET (5TH) TO SEE IF I COULD DESTROY LAST WEEKS NUMBERS, AND I TOTALY DESTROYED LAST WEEKS 5TH SET NUMBERS

Also was able to destroy my numbers on hammer incline and cable flys, unfortunatly i had to cut my workout short because my wife was a mess from losing our dog 2 night ago and she just couldnt get into it so we left after 3 exercises

So in short the No-xplode worked very very well for me and I will continue to journal this for others to read as well as keep track myself

oh yeah even before we got to the gym at about 30 minutes after taking the No-xplode my veins were popping out and i felt full already, so i give this product a thumbs up!

you should have told me you wanted some of that stuff...i got a whole 1.81lbs of the stuff that i think i used 3 scoops out of that i could have just sent to you for free! the NO-Xplode didnt do anything for me...

all of these NO products are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach...what BB'er do you know that ever has an empty stomach? you are supposed to take it 1hr after a shake or 2hrs after a meal & 30-45 min. b4 a workout...i dont know about you guys but i drink a shake or eat a meal about an hr. b4 i workout & then head straight to the gym...i dont have time to wait 1-2 hrs then another 30-45 min. b4 i ever get to the gym! timing is a bit stupid if you ask me :moon:

that's the way I feel, if I have an empty stomach I'm doing something wrong
