WELL TODAY WAS MY FIRST TIME USING IT, I DID TAKE IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH AND I TOOK 4 SCOOPS AS WEL AS MY SCOOP OF POWERLINE CREATINE WHICH I TAKE THE CREATINE DAILY ANYWAYS FOR A WEEK NOW OR SO
OK WELL TOOK 4 SCOOPS 45 MINUTES PRIOR TO WORKING OUT (CHEST) ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. SIMPLY PUT IT WAS AMAZING! MY CHEST WAS SO PUMPED I COULDNT BELIEVE IT, AND MY STRENTGH WAS THROUGH THE ROOF, I HAVE BEEN KEEPING A TRAINING JOURNAL FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND ON FLAT BENCH I KNOW I COULD HAVE BLOWN AWAY MY FIRST 4 SET FROM LAST WEEKS NUMBERS BUT I ONLY DID THE SAME NUMBERS IN TERMS OF WEIGHT AND REPS PER FIRST 4 SETS, I DID THIS TO SAVE MY SELF FOR MY LAST SET (5TH) TO SEE IF I COULD DESTROY LAST WEEKS NUMBERS, AND I TOTALY DESTROYED LAST WEEKS 5TH SET NUMBERS
Also was able to destroy my numbers on hammer incline and cable flys, unfortunatly i had to cut my workout short because my wife was a mess from losing our dog 2 night ago and she just couldnt get into it so we left after 3 exercises
So in short the No-xplode worked very very well for me and I will continue to journal this for others to read as well as keep track myself
oh yeah even before we got to the gym at about 30 minutes after taking the No-xplode my veins were popping out and i felt full already, so i give this product a thumbs up!
