i thought the same exact thinbg as i usualy eat oatmeal packets before the gym, apple cinnamon,lol, anyways i figured the no-xplode restored glycogen to the muscle as would eating carbs, cuase what i normaly do each day is a small carb deplete since i cant eat much on my eca stack anyways i carb deplete for a few hours and then eat usualy oatmeal right before gym, and i can actualy see my muscles expand daily even before the workout, it works for me anyways.
