first bloods log 12 week cycle powered by PSL

Yeah! Someone gave me a bag and I try to lay into it every workout for 5 or 10 min. I mostly just kick it cause I hurt my wrist once when punching it and I couldnt press for like 2 weeks lol! So if I ever get in a fight Im coming in all kicks so watch out LOL!

Yeah jump rope is great but my prob is I have cardio ADD. I get bored quick so thats why I ride the stationary bike then switch to jump rope and then to kicking. Unless I go out for a real bike ride, I used to ride like a mutha 6 or 7 years ago. I could eat whatever I wanted and swill beer and not put on any weight. My cardio was great but I was a light ass . When I hit 175 lbs and people were asking me if I was sick I knew it was time to do something haha. So I put the bike away and started lifting and got myself up to 190 lb or so and then I went over to the darkside and been here since!

Yesterday I decided to change up my training a bit. I superset pull ups and dips , 10 sets of each and then immediatly went out for another bike ride. I kept the ride shorter this time and just cranked hard for 30 min. I took a route that gave me a few small hills to climb and rode them standing up and pushed hard. My legs were so frigging strong I couldnt believe it!! When I came back home I felt so great , like I was on a high. Its raining out today but I may go out again cause I have been eating too much and you always need your cardio!

lol, yeah its time to put some weight on when people start asking if your sick lmao. Sounds like your doing just that brutha!

Yeah that was like 6 yrs ago now. I dropped everything and started weight training exclusively . I was doing a 5 x 5 routine all natty and I started putting weight on no prob. But when I got up to 190-195 it was damn near impossible to put on more with out getting a huge fat gut. And thats when I turned to AAS. But it wasnt till I turned 40 that I went on TRT cause I had really low T.

9 weeks in and I have made some conservative gains. I am not happy with my abs, I put on a little fat. Im not sure if running the winny was right to do because I should have less fat not more!! But I do think that it would be worse had I not run the winny.

I need to post up leg pics cause that was my main concern, esp. my calves. I have developed my calves more. They have more shape and a little bigger which I am very pleased with. My entire legs have built up nicely from this cycle more. Im taking advantage of the AAS im on to actually do a light leg day and a heavy day in the same week and I always feel strong and not over trained
 
Whats up guys? This cycle is rockin along here! Im not sure if I will wanna come off! Been getting alot of compliments and people are noticing my increased size. My good buddy whos been away for a while on vacay (also using PSL ) was shocked when he saw me. I was shocked when I saw him too , he's the size of a linebacker!

And your abs look good brutha! Not many people have abs period, let alone guys at 40 years young!
 
Thanks Presser! Yeah I am actually surprised you can still see em cause I have been eating like a champ. 95% clean eating but in great abundance! I get very hungry training and staying active. But seriously if I wasnt on I prob wouldnt have abs. I have to start backing off before the end of Aug just a bit.
 
Got some photo updates here. My legs , esp my calves are a tough nut to crack. Been training them hard and frequent but now I have some tendonitis flaring up in my left knee so I have to back off. Sucks!!
My calves may not be so impressive but compared to what they were and how I got them to grow this much in a relatively short time gives me hope that I can get em bigger.

Looking good brutha, not as good as that chick in the background but looking good none the less lol, I've seen bigger legs hanging out of nests though, lmao, sorry i couldn't resist that phrase, lol, and in all seriousness, i think you look real good bro! Your chest has great shape to! Job well done in my humble opinion!
 
LMAO! Im normally sensitive about my praying mantas legs but that was a good one.

Yeah man , Im on a mission to get em to grow, the heart and the mind are willing but my tendons are saying nooooooo! Im going lighter weight with higher reps and sets and Im able to get around any issues tho.

So I will continue to work my sticks till they get somewhere.
 
My cycle is over and Im back on TRT level. PSL gear is really good. The winny added another level to the cycle and it was good gear! Ya gotta drink lots of water and take taurine when on winny cause you will get cramped up as shit LOL!

how did your joints feel on the winny? any changes or pain?
