ive never had blood shoot out, and Ive taken hundreds of shots. maybe Im just that mellow.

as for the 5/8" pins, yea they are probably long enough for delt shots (unless you are like 18+% bf), but I always use 1". Especially with volume shots of 1cc or more, I say go deep. Easier to absorb more oil volume with more muscle around it.

A thing I like to point out for everyone is that there is a big popularity in using 23g. pins for intramuscular injections. I say there is no need for a pin that big, I always use 25's or even smaller. As long as you get the substance at least an inch down you should be fine. With smaller pins theres alot less pain because with 25's or smaller for obvious reasons. Most peaple use larger guage pins because oil solutions go in easier. But, take a 25 guage or smaller and warm up the solution in hot water and inject very slowly. Theres another reason why people have so much pain with some injections, Because they push the substance in so hard and fast that it will rip and tear the muscle around where the end of the needle is. Also the more steady you can hold the needle the better off you'd be as well. The tip of pins are so sharp ,they are like little razor blades for about an 1/8 of an inch. And you can guess for yourself what a razer would do to your muscle if you move it around, even just a little bit. With water solutions you should'nt have any problems with using a smaller gauge than 23g, Just make sure you stay steady and inject nice and slow. Now I'm not talking take 2 mins. to get it in, just take your time and keep the needle as steady as you can wich means dont move it around alot. Oil solutions can be heated just by filling your sink with hot water and while the solution is already in the syringe, make sure the needle cap is put back on before you emerse the whole thing into the water. Becarefull though, sometimes oil solutions expand a small amount when heated so I would leave a little bit of air in the syringe just for that reason. but of course get all the air out before you inject. You can heat the amp or vial up in water as well. I've actualy used small ass insulin needle to inject test into my forarms. Oh, and always make sure to keep the syringe pointed in the upward position while your heating it so none of what ever it is your injecting leaks out. Give my method a try once and let me know how it went. I swear by it and I've been injecting so many different compounds since High school. And I'm 34 now. So what I'm trying to say is Ive tried countless ways to keep injection sorness down but this is the best way I've found yet. Hope this helps.

Tool - I have never tried 25 g pins. How much slower are they than a 23g pin? I am afraid that the additional time would cause me to move the needle and cut more when it is in. I have some 25 g pins and might give it a shot.

Most of my pain usually comes from the type of AAS I use. I get around that by pre-mixing a vial of whatever I am using (e.g. Test, Deca, Eq). One of them usually is the killer and mixing it helps for me.
