Im gonna start getting up at 430 and hitting the gym after i eat and stuff. What is your first meal before the gym do you have like oatmeal or something that is absorbed faster? Im thinking about 3 packs of oat meal and 8 ounces of fish or chicken and some almonds for my pre meal. thats over 120 g's of carbs and over 50 to 60 grams of protein. Should i go rice cakes or something instead so i can use the fuel faster or do you think oatmeal would be good. I just cant workout at 6 or 7 anymore the fucking gym i go to which i love, is like a nightclub there is littereally so many people in there it makes me actually not wanna work out and rush out of there its rediculous. This might be my only hope. On the weekends starting next week ill be going during the day so it will be mornings on wed thurs and friday then day time sat and sun.
