I'm cruising right now, but I'm still making good progress. Log book shows continual increases in poundages. I haven't make this kind of progress in a long time.
Im am 4 weeks into it. Gained 12 lbs as of today. Strength increases on every workout. I really don't think I will go back to old ways! This works too good!
Done with my PCT and still making gains here and there, but had to throw out a few exercises. I'm thinkin about cruising as soon as I'm done with my IGF (another week or two). I'm sure the chill time will do me wonders.

streches still hurt, good thing I like the pain!!
