When i am in between classes for like 5 hours with no break in between i make sure to eat 3 detour bars and three nutragrain bars. Detour for the protein and the nutragrain for the carbs. I have one in between each class which is every hour and 15 minutes. Also every day i bring a turkey/swiss whole wheat hero with me to classes. It can start to get pricey though, I would only recommend bars like those when you can't get a real meal or a shake in. Youre going to need to take in something of quality every 2 1/2 to 3 hours bro. Its hard sometimes but its nessecary.
