I gotta say, I'm so glad Chris and I decided for me not to do the ironman in chicago. There was no way I could have been where i needed to be to place well. Since deciding not to do this show I have really turned the intensity in the gym and it is paying off. I was holding at 197 and in the last couple weeks I'm back to 207 and just as lean as I was at 197. Been keeping my diet pretty damn clean just more of it. I do have a cheat meal every now and then but not every day. I'm hoping I can really come close the top of the light-heavweight weight limit shredded to the fckn bone and I garuntee I would be very hard too beat. My ass is dead serious about what's ahead for me.

Ten pounds and still as lean sounds like progress to me brutha . Post some new pics!

The thing with Zeus is this...I have seen this guy have a good couple weeks of training and eating..and look like a world beater....just lean, and full, with sick genetics..then I have seen him deal with personal problems, maybe party to much, (to forget about his personal issues) and look flat, and small...then he gets serious again,,, and BOOM !!! in a week, he looks sick again...All, I want to say to Zeus is this..he has some crazy great genetics...and if he can get a solid 3-4 months off offseason training without drama and issues, he could be a solid and very hard 225lbs...and not fat at all...if he can do that, he could come into state show (next April) around 205lbs, and win the damn show...Honeslty, I would have to be at my best to beat him....He has the ablity to get super ripped (stiated glutes and all, you can see the fiber's ready to bust out) ...So Zeus this is my message to you...Keep up the training, keep drama out of your life, do only small amout of partying...and Win a damn show....You can do this...I know you can...
