going on my 6th week of a sust cycle at 500mgs a week and have only gained about 8lbs so far still waiting for that jump in weight . seems like this sust cycle is taking longer for some reason to really see the big weight jump. what do you think could be the problem. hopefully this week. what is the longest it has taken for you all? just curious
 
I'd have to agree also. If you are training right and eating BIG you should be gaining a lot more weight. Give us details so we can help!
 
Remember that 1 lb = @ 3500 calories- So if you want to add 2 lbs per wk that is 7000 cals ABOVE your baseline or about 1000 cals per day xtra.
 
gains are like money-its not how much you make-its all about how much you keep so 8 good quality pounds ain't bad-question is could you do better with dietary and training changes??
