Any ideas on how to do this? I want to gauge my body’s ability to recover specifically, how many days it takes for what ever muscle I work to be back to 100%

bro, if we all knew that, we would all have the perfect training regime. Most people probably overtrain or undertrain someway or another.

i just train 1 bodypart per week and make sure i'm not getting sick while taking multi-vits. this way i know i'm not overtraining.

I just pound down glutamine and "feel it out"...After years of training, you can really just gauge when it is time to hit the muscle again....Soreness, weakness, and a lack of energy in the muscle are ways that one commonly uses to determine muscle recuperation...

Stretching is a method alot of bodybuilders are using to recuperate quickly, by this I mean 30mins + stretching, not 5 minutes at the gym...this is a concept I am trying to find time to incorporate myself.
I'm learning more and more the importance of stretching as a former semi-competitive runner I used to stretch all the time and I've been slacking with my weight training when it comes to stretching. DC stretching is awesome but you need to stretch on the days you don't exercise as well to really reap the recovery benefits.

Good info...I guess I need to re read about DC as I was only stretching on my workout days. I'll give it a shot.
