Ok, so yesterday I got a new squat bar. So, I load her up and noticed that one side was a sliver thinner than the other and the collar wasnt tight. I slowly go up in weight trying a new squat my buddy showed me. I get to 3 plates and as Im stepping back (wacthing for my box), and the one side slides off and the bar goes up through the ceiling on one side and the other crashed down. Now I have a huge hole in the basement ceiling. What a dip-shit I felt!!!!!, lol
