Off to bed Iron Brothers and sisters...have to work about 12 hours tomorrow...but will get with you guys in the p.m. Stay cool my family....Been beating the boards answering PMs and questions for about 7 hours now...time to go to bed!!! My fiance' understands b/c she knows that I have a passion for bodybuilding and the lifestyle...The Iron defines us and will break us too....it is the true test of a man's character...May God be with you my friends!!!
