Who runs for cardio? I think that shit burns up waay too much muscle and is shitty for the joints, but I'm gonna start doing in once a week jus for my PT tests (plus the weather's is nice and there's bound to be bitches at the park, haha). I usually jus walk on an incline treadmill or do a couple sets of sprints if I'm in need for some intensity. This will be my first time running in 8 months, so we'll see how I do.
