I'm almost back to normal after the move and the loss of three people very near to me in the last month. Doing my shopping today.
For now it's going to be 1 - 2 red meat meals and 4 chicken or fish meals. Carbs will be from brown rice and some from wheat pasta. I'll be having grits and eggs for breakfast and protein shakes as needed. Trying to get as low on Dairy as possible. Fats will be from olive oil and almonds along with the fish. I'm not sure on weight so I'll hopefully remember tonight.
Currently doing 250mg of Sust, 75mg of Tren, and 200mg of Deca EOD. Also doing 100mcg of IGF pre w/o. I'm hoping to add in Follistatin and Myo Pro Peptide soon. Also starting Melanotan 2 pre tanning. A little over 16 weeks. I've never dieted longer than 6 weeks before and never placed below 3rd, but I've also never done a show of this calibre.
