Greg Kovacs has unfortunately been arrested and charged with extortion! Here's how the story goes: Two men have been charged after a man walked into an Erin Mills bank yesterday to tell staff he was being extorted. The local businessman entered a TD bank in Mississauga just after 11:30 a.m. and told staff a group of men had demanded that he withdraw a large amount of money from his account. Police subsequently arrested and charged two men. Greg Kovacs, 41, of Niagara and Jonathan Sherwood, 32 of Hamilton are each charged with one count of extortion. Both men are scheduled to appear this morning in a Brampton courtroom for a bail hearing. Anyone with information about this case is asked to the call police

i don't know greg, but i do know over the top bodybuilders......i can only assume that this behavior is the result of a serious rec drug problem

With all due respect the story doesn't even make sense...and of course i am not questioning you MMX at all because I know you are 1000% legit, but it seriously just sounds ridiculous...

I saw a report like this on a Strongman one time and they said a competitor was drunk driving and killed someone, and everyone was like I hate this guy know he should go to jail, etc, etc...and it turned out a week later not a drop was true and all these assholes judged the guy on a board he is on, and he read all these horrific comments for no reason!!!

Id like to see what truly went down before jumping to any conclusions....Who walks into a bank and tells them I am being extorted LOL!!!

I am a very close friend of the owner of the store. My friends also work for the police department that arrested Greg Kovacs. So this is not some made up story.
