Growth hormone before bed for sleep help

I've heard good things that growth hormone is supposed to be really good before bed. It's supposed to boost your sleep and help you get much harder sleep. What would be your advice when it comes to growth hormone, and how much should I use? I was thinking maybe 1 IU but I'm not sure. I'm 50 years old.
 
When it comes to growth hormone, there really isn't a 100% answer. Some people will run as low as 1 IU per day, and some people will go as high as 5 or 6.
 
I would stick to two IU's per day. I don't know why people run so much. Take it half in the morning and half before bed.
 
Bros, HGH is too rich for my blood but when I do use it I'll go two to three IU's. I think that's the good dose for someone big like me.
 
Growth hormone is the GOAT. Make sure that you are taking it, 1 IU before bed. It will help you sleep much better. You can also run it, 2 to 3 IU total.
