You need to use the 2% at least three times a week bro.

Also, you can get proscar or the generic proscar for alot cheaper than propecia. Proscar is 5mg of finasteride, whereas propecia is 1 mg. I get the 5mg and I take half every other day.

Also, I take 3000 mcg of biotin a day.

Several fish oils capsules, and good multi vitamin daily.

Rogaine foam at night. (my girl always bitches at me about getting that shit on the pillows though. Ha!)

And you can throw in some saw palmetto in the mix for a little more protection.

And when all else fails, get a good Dr. in hair transplants and get that done. I've had 2 and huge huge difference! I went to Dr. Brad Limmer in San Antonio. They are the ones that began the single hair graft transplants and unbeatable prices and incredible work! These are NOTHING like plugs. Looks natural and noone has ever been able to tell.

What is the procedure like, and what is the cost of it if you don't mind me asking??

Procedure isn't all that bad. They give you valium and keep your head numb throughout the day. If your lucky you will get the hot chick Anna. I paid about $4,000 each time. It is definitely worth it though! It's permanent hair!

It's a world renowned clinic.

I've also read that fina will not work and that something topical needs to be used. I'll try to find where I read that. Also, not to high jack the thread but I always read a lot about ppl using nizoral, is dandruff a sign of hairloss? I didn't think it was but I'm unsure now.

This is what I use....No worries about hair loss for me. The more I lose the less I have to shave.

I've had the procedure. It wasn't bad at all. I also use propecia, rogaine, nizoral, and spiro. This combo stopped the loss in its tracks.

Hello, I have been doing some research on the board regarding hair loss prevention during cycling and it has been very helpful. I have a few questions for any of the vets in this field. If someone coudl take the time to answer them it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1.) I have been reading a lot of posts regarding Nizoral helping keep/thicken hair? I have talked to my Derm and read other places that this is strictly a anti fungis shampoo to treat dandruff and has no effects on hair thickness or growth. Anyone care to comment on this? My Derm is not your typical derm he is very well known in the dermatology arena. However, i do read a lot of different things primairly on the net.

2.) I have taking Pro-Hormones in the past which have been pretty mucy designer steriods, very strong and did not notice any noticable hair loss. I hear PH's are just as bad if not worse when it comes to side effects as gear. Is it safe to say that if i didn't notice hair issues with strong PH's, that a very low dose of test only cycle should yeild the same results? 250-300mg Test E?

3.) I have Propecia that i take off and on throughout the year, sometimes i go weeks/months without it and i jump back on it from time to time. My hair loss isn't bad at all, however i just have it as a preventive measure since i noticed my hair line receeding slightly a few years ago so i went to the doc. Is this fine to take while on Test E, to combat any potential sides?

Sorry for the long questions, any input is appreciated

The mc store carry "liquaSteride" it works quite well if you need something that works well. And i think they are running a buy 1 get 1 free

hey bro whats spiro

Spironolactone. It works effectively to combat frontal hairloss. It is applied topically. Minoxidil (Rogaine) is also applied topically but only to the crown of the head. Minoxidil isn't very effective at the front of the head.

this may be qa dumb question but where can i get spiro? Any sides?

So will the 1% version of Nizoral help at all or is it just a waste? i dont have much hair loss problem at all really but i wanna take precautions so now that im back ON it would be the time to start.

I read over on ProM that the 1% works if you leave it on for about 30 minutes. I tried it a few times but just started using the 2%.

You can get it at any canadian online pharmacy, I think the site is literally canadianpharmacy.com. The 2% is far more effective IMO.

Im interested in the spiro, i remember hearing years back that it worked well but smells horrific.

is it legal here in the states? I wouldnt see why it wouldnt be but if you can only get it in canada who knows. How long would a 120 ml bottle last give or take? To those that have use it. Im not familiar with how many ml's are in my normal shampoo bottles.
