Hams and quads

Do you do them on different days?
Or do you do them the same day?

I do them same day then add an extra ham workout during the week
 
I do them all on leg day. However I am going to change that If I can ever get through this cutting cycle I am on
 
I used to always do them together, but since I've split them into different days, I've had much better results

What do you pair them with? I've heard it's a mistake to train an upper body part and a lower body part on the same day. I don't remember the reasoning, or even who said it for that matter, but I know I've heard that before.

Do you just have 2 legs days?
 
I just have 2 leg days, one is hams/calves and the other is quads/calves. One is on Tuesday and the other on Saturday
