what do u think for this cycle
week 1-8:100mg test p EOD
week 1-8:Adex .25mg EOD
HCG:600IU every 5 days
Week 9-10: Clomid 100/50/25/25
with amino 2222 and way protein
Height 180
Weight 87
Fat percentage by almost 20%
I want to get on the athlete's body with the division of muscle and muscle mass
3 months training period

hmmm , so ur looking for more defined muscle so what i would suggest is
8 week course
test prop 100 mg eod
winny 50 mg ed
proviron 50 ed
mc igf-1 lr3 40-50 mcg ed
clenbeutrol at dose ur comfortable at , starting from 20 mcg daily
*its your second cycle so not including tren ace coz ur still new to gear *
keep an ai like mc anti e/letrozole on hand for estrogen sides

(hCG) is taken at 2500lU every other day for 16 days. Clomiphene
citrate (clomid)50 mg is taken twice per day for 30 days. Tamoxifen citrate (nolvadex) is taken 20 mg per day for 45 days.
should work great imho , keep diet in check though

I hope you don't take offense to this bro, but your body is no where near being ready to cycle AAS. You need to put some years in at the gym and get a solid foundation. AAS would be a waste for you in what you can do natural. You should be more concerned with a training routine and nutrition plan. Just my advice bro.

Post up or pm me your basic weekly training regimen. Also, if you could meticulously log down everything you eat and drink for the next 3-5 days and do the same. Either post it here or pm me. This is what I do for anyone who asks me to help. I need you to be blatantly honest with both your Training Regimen and your Diet. I'm not here to judge how you train or eat Brother. Just here to help..... I ate like shit for a damn long time and still struggle with it from time to time.

You will be amazed with the results that a consistent Training Regimen along with a good nutritional diet will produce. After you get those in check and have a good solid base under your belt, I'll be glad to direct you toward a basic AAS cycle. AAS are not magic. They are just a tool to enhance the existing Training and Diet you already have in place.
