I was gonna work out tris light today, but I needed to borrow a tie down from a buddy, he came over, I offered beer so we had a few which equals no gym..... damn good thing tomorrow im calling out of work and will be at the gym

i dont drink smoke or anything like it but heres why, sad but true i use to be a heroin junkie( this is where needle came in so wasnt scared at all to pin roids) but anyhow started with pills for broken forearm than increased to oxy then couldnt get em anymore and was told u can snort h, so of course did and soon moved up. my ex who i was in love with left so i was depressed and didnt care if i died and did mass amounts but asked family for help and got on this prevention medicine and it saved my life. i was h user for 2 yrs now im 2yrs sober and dont use anything that makes me feel unnatural( drunk, high) loving llife now

most guys i know ive talked to who have beaten addiction or r working on it are always willing to tell there story and happy to because if we can help just one person than its worth it even if people look at me differently after i really dont care. I love life now and treasure it everday where as most people dont
