I hate this. Now I will say that my head looks like a LEGO and I was blessed with little sausages on the back of my head, but how the hell do people think I'm fat?? I see people all the time at work in my pants and collared shirts and they talk about me being "big", but when they see me in shorts and a t shirt they always seem to stare and mention how they thought I was just a big guy. Some people even call me chubby or fat ass at work?

Yea dude it sucks for me too. I get massive moon face on any oral and on top of that I carry my fat terribly. This very problem is why I refuse to get over 8% the rest of my life.

Yeah it's happend before.....usually if I have only been wearing loose or bigger shirts that dont tuck in. One time this DB said I was bulky, which isnt necessarily a bad thing, but it just bothered me how he said it. So I told him to take a closer look and pulled up my shirt to show him my abs.....after his eyes popped out of his head and three others who were looking came over, one of which was his girlfriend, he didnt think I was so bulky anymore.

Suasages, lmao. yeah I have a couple too. I have no neck, seriously no matter if I was 180lbs or 250lbs I still wore a 19 neck size. I always have a swollen face look.

wow wish i could get to 15%....kudos bro..mucho kooodos..

I don't have a very good metabolism, but I have been militant with maintaining good insulin sensitivity and eating smart. My advise (and I know you didn't ask for it LOL) is to go slowly so that your body gets used to your new fat level. I went from 15-8% in 9 months which isn't that fast considering people go from 15-3 % in 12 weeks for a show sometimes. If you go slow, whatever fat you lose will stay off as long as you don't go crazy when you get there. Basically, I can eat whatever I want (ice cream every night) and not get above 8%. I'm trying to go from 8 - 5% over the next 4 months and pick up some muscle along the way. Hopefully when I go back to maintenance calories I'll stay around 6%. Oh and one last thing, if you have to use a gram of tren, var, clen, ECA, yohimbe, cardio 15x a day, and 0 carbs to get to a certain bf do you really think you will stay there once all that stuff goes away? The answer is no. But if you go slow and gradual and use as little help as possible, I think most people can stay around 5-10% regardless of metabolism. Then when you want to look like beef jerky its easy to get there because you are already 6% and you can do the tren, var, no carb ect. Plus the more muscle you add, the more you can eat and not get fat. Staying lean isn't too bad when you approach it this way.

I feel your pain. When I'm on Anadrol (currently) my face and cheeks get so big it looks like I'm storing cock for winter...

it doesnt help that most of the larger clothes made have gigantic stomach areas as well that puff out and actually make your stomach look fat.
