ok guys here is the situation I have...I can gain right up to about 255-258lbs and look really good at it. Not fat, not super lean, but in good shape, with nice round muscle's and showing seperation in all the muscle groups. But to get past 260, I seem to gain more fat, than muscle. If I eat super clean, even with higher cals I seem to just get leaner, and hold my weight or slightly lose some weight. (which isnt a bad thing) But to get past this sticking point, I have to eat a crapload of cals, and even some junk (crap food) to get past it, but then some of it is fat gain. Im so use to staying halfway lean, and look decent, within 25lbs of contest, that gonig past that kinda scares me...I just want to say screw it, and just gain the weight to 270-275 then slowly lean up from there. But, getting that heavy and far out of contest shape scares the crap out of me.

As much as I hate to say it Chris, that may be tops. It's my top as of yet. Should I chose to incorporate GH next year I hope to better it, but as of now my top weight is low 250's or high 240's in a nice lean condition. I'm also using Insulin at least once a day.

So do you feel like I should just get that weight as lean and hard as possiable ? I feel like im growing, and getting more dense at this upper 250lbs weight. But I feel like when I diet down, I will drop to the lower 225-230lbs range...

HGH at high dose, with using Insulin and IGF the right way. Then again you could just do what I do and lose like 60lbs every time you diet. hahaha!

That's my strategy for now. The closer it gets, the more sure I am that I'll compete next year and I'll be hiring an amazing trainer. Everything I've seen she actually has people put on muscle and weight as they diet and achieve unreal condition. Next year I hope to have the funds and resources to really show my best. You are much more experienced than I am Chris and I see condition smoke 10 - 15lbs more muscle everytime.

Dpn't worry about what the scale says so much. If you feel good and look bigger and fuller and still maintaining pretty good conditioning, run with it. I know it's nice to get on the scale and see a big number, but I wouldn't put too much stock in it.
