My weight has become unmanagable. Well actually I'm just cutting right now. I'm at the heaviest I've ever been in my life just about.

My trouble come when I run. My right shin muscle cramps up. You can actually feel it. It's like it's constantly flexed when the pain is unbearable. I don't know if this is shin splints because when I ran track in highschool I had then and it felt different. More so the bone itself hurt.

The othe problem is my left foot cramping. The outside part in between the ball of my foot and my heel. It feels the same, like it's constantly flexed when the pain is at its worst.

Just to give you an idea, I'm 240 lbs and 18% bf. (5-10)

I'm taking tren and prop. I was taking clen but I thought that's what was causing it so I stopped it. That was almost two weeks ago. So it's not the clen.

What do you think? I was hoping a new pair of running shoes would help the foot. What about the shin muscle? Massaging it does nothing. It only feels better when I stop running.

bro it is the tren-Put up the incline and walk or use a stair master or bike. It is the same principle as when your back pumps up.

Do those heat patches do anything? You know, they advertise on the golf channel. I assume it's like bengay or icyhot.

Any experience with these anyone?

Thanks thug.

jayw how long have you been back running? i remember when year the first couple of weeks the running on the treadmill was killing my shins, like shin-splints we used to get in high school.

it got to the point where every step hurt, so i did what rugby suggested and raised the incline and started doing a fast walk.

you can also try to elliptical cross-trainer, there's very little impact.

Are you holding much water? I remember LA used a little diretics and helped cut some of the pumps. Me I just did incline and bike.

I've been back running for a week and a half. I'll try the incline tomorrow. I believe I am holding water. I'm going to jump back on the clen too.

I was using Sus/Deca a few yrs back and had that exact same thing. I would be ok for about a mile and a half and then both calfs would pump up so hard i had to physically stop and sit down then walk home. I can only imagine its from the AAS plus the clen wont help as i always get achey calfs when using that.

I wouldn't underestimate the impact something as simple as good stretching habits has. Although h2o retention can cause the tight feeling in your calves, the main cause of shin splints & other running pain are tight muscles due to inadequate stretching/warming up. I've had just about every runner's injury possible and have finally learned to train smart.
Also, I wouldn't rely on a heat patch because it would only mask the pain.

I was running with a weighted vest while taking D-bol-could'nt run so I took the vest off and still could'nt. D-bol was kiling my cardio-must have been the water. I had bad calf cramps with clen so I started using a potasioum supps.
