Guys, looking for come advice/ criticism. I do legs once a week, with every second week starting with heavy squats. Im the kind of guy who cannot have a "light" day. I see the heaviest stack and I just want to fucking slam it! Anyway, Im just a bit under 200 lbs. Ive been squatting 405 for 6 to 8 as a heaviest set. Id like to try 500 next week for a single, I think I can do it. What do you think, am I being too eager? I mean I really dont want to hurt myself but have no back problems at all. Thanks in advance.
