Help me out please

Hi, I am 38 years old, 187 pounds, 5'8" and BF around 26% And I'm looking to gain lean mass but not too much tho, and look ripped. I recently moved to a new Gym and one of the instructors there suggested me to start a 12 week Deca/Winny cycle with some thermogenics in it and he also suggested me to go on HGH (Human Growth Hormone). I have read quite a bit in this and other forums and it looks like I should really add some Test to the cycle and also PCT. But yet again am a total newbie here. His Suggested Dosage is as follows:

WINSTROL DEPOT ( stanozolol ) 100 mg. a week from Week 1-12
DECA-DURABOLIN 400 mg a week from Week 1-12

As for the HGH I do not have the dosage but for that I went to see a doctor made some test and She gave me a little Pen like Syringe, that does the job::dead:

I would greatly appreciate the help.
 
Before we make any suggestions, gives us an idea of your training experience. Your stats lead me to believe that you would be better off getting your diet and training in check before you even consider starting a cycle. If they're not on point, a cycle won't do you very much good anyway.
 
Especially if you dont want to gain "too much lean mass" why would you want
do all those steriods? If your a 'newbie' then diet and EXERCISE will work wonders.
All it takes is HARD WORK!!!!! (everyone is always trying to get around that part!!)

If your looking to gain lean mass, then I wouldn't take Deca. I would use NPP (Durabolan) about 300mg a week split into 2 injections. You will get more bloat with deca, and thats not what you want if you want lean mass. I also suggest running test cyp at about 200 to 400 mg a week. Also I wouldn't run the winny for 12 weeks either. You shoul give the test and npp a little time to work its magic before you start the winny. I would start the winny at your 6th week. If you run winny for 12 weeks your probably going to start to have some very sore joints around the 6 or 7th week. NPP kicks in pretty quik but you should still kick start your cycle with some test prop eod for about a week to two weeks. By then, the test cyp and NPP should by fully affective.
 
i can already tell you your instructor is a toolshed and should be totally ignored, at 26% BF you should really post your diet and your cardio/training and supp regiment. if you loose more bodyfat now you will appreciate the gains you make while on cycle more
 
I can't believe your trainer would offer to give you steroids in the shape you are in. That is rediculous. Your trainer should be fired...It's trainers like that who give this sport/hobby a bad name.
 
I have to agree with teedubgee and others. At 26% bf, you should concentrate on losing some of that first with some hard training and diet before even thinking of using steroids. They aren't some magical drug that will make everything better. You have to train your ass off for a good three years at least before thinking of using. HGH will help you lose fat to some degree, but again, it isn't some wonder drug, and it takes a long time to see results from it.
 
realistically the only "tool" he should be thinking of using at this point would be a thermo and not any aas as of yet

Ok. I worked out for two years 5 Days a week and at least 3 1 hour cardio sessions a week and I got some good results. My diet wasn't the best I know but over all I watched what I ate during that time. I stoped training for about a year noe and just resumed my training 1 week ago but this time I really want to comit to my training and diet. I understand the concern of starting a cycle and that is why I want to get expert advice from you guys.

Thx for your reply, Yes, I do want to gain Lean Mass. What I meant is that I do not want to look bulky. Am ready to commit to a diet and ofcourse do Tons of training. The thing is that I want that little extra help from a cycle and plus @ my age I think it would help to do one.
 
if your hell bent on using an aas to aid in your fat lose, then just run some simple test eth or cyp at 250-500mgs a week run some adex to keep the bloat down and prevent gyno etc...but agian i would at least train naturally for minimum 3 months to regain some of the base you had previously had.. post up your diet and lets do some tweaking and also post up your normal training routine including cardio

Lol! yes I know about the instructor:) Living in Mexico has it's ups and downs, I can get hold of any substance here but we lack the professional advice. About my diet it is mostly what everybody recomends I think. As I metioned in one of my quotes I just resumed my training 2 weeks ago from a long year of not training and well, not the best eating habits but not the worse either. I really didn't put any weght during this time but yes my BF increased. I do eat 6 meals a day and I throw in 2 Isopure shakes in the day. I take multivitamins, egg whites, Whole weat Pasta, Grilled chicken, Vegetables etc etc. As I just resumed my Training am not very heavy on the weights but I'm focusing more on my cardio as in 4 1hour sessions a week.

Hahahahaha!!! I totally hear you on that... the gym am in right now charges me around 500 usd a month! it is the "best" gym in my country as far as equipment and facility goes but again the "trainers" are not good at all. That is why I joined here. And by the way, you guys have been great with all the input I can't thank you enough:thumbsup:

I have been waiting for someone to say something on the boards for a long time. I am a firm beleiver in taking your body as close to ists potential as possible (years of clean, hard work) before starting a cycle. Not only will you be doing your body a favor but you will also be setting your body up to just EXPLODE when adding steroids to the mix. I remember my first cycle had a TOTAL of 2g of test enan in it! Instead we have people taking juice to get over 200lbs. on the bench.....

10 years WITHOUT A BREAK and over 20 total before doing some test to get me past
my sticking point. It will be better for your body if you are in decent shape first and
you should take advantage of the natural gains you can make now before adding
"xtras". You said 500 usd a month for your gym? do you mean 50?? You could
probably get 2 years for 500 up here. How far south are you - my wife has family
down there. Keep us updated - we will help ya no matter what you decide to do.

Thank you so much. Yes, 480 Usd a month. The name is SportCity and the have Gyms all over the place. Actually I subscribed there cause I wanted some advice and aplace to workout when I go to the city. I live in Valle de Bravo which is 1 hour 40 mins from Mexico city. I was born and raised in Mexico city but I moved to this town which is very nice. You are more than welcome if you ever decide to come down to Mexico:)

Yes, I am little stubborn... and also I think mid age crisis is kicking in hard men:p so I have decided to do a cycle. Again I only want to gain lean mass and look well defined so any help on how and what should I get would be greatly appreciated. Also I can post a pic of my self if needed:)
