HELP! Step by step instructions for Hand Crimper

Hey, I know this seems stupid, but when I was crimping the flip tops on 100 vials last nite, (20mm flip tops) i must have messed up atleast 10 of gthe flip tops.... Can some one give me a step by step manual on how to use a hand crimper? I must be doing something wrong...

you hold it down on top of the vial, then squeeze the handles together, then unsqueeze, and lift off and your done

where do you put the flip top? do u put it in the crimper or on the vial before crimping?

yes i do... i have the 20mm flip tops and crimper, but every 10 vials that i crimp, one usually gets fucked... the neck of the fliptop gets scraped back while crimping, im doing something wrong...

put it on top of the vial, then push down and squeeze. You might get a couple tiny little marks, but thats normal.

oh okay im gunna try that tonite with an empty vial... i was always putting the flip top in the crimper upside down then just squeezing the vial into it ... thx bro this helps
