G this is what I do for breakfast a few days a week. I blend up 40 grams of oats, 2 scoops of pro, and a cup of mixed berries. I add water to make it drinkable. I don't taste the oats at all.

sounds pretty good, specially with the berries :). It really wasnt bad though in the eggs. It was like a really fluffy egg/pancake haha.

low intensity cardio is the way to go...IMO ...But for long durations, 45 mins to 60 mins is best...Palumbo style

Make sure to eat take precautions against catabolism tho , if he eats up muscle during cardio his metabolism will drop cause of less muscle mass.

Maybe if he does HIIT , followed by low intensity 45 minute

15 minutes HIIT , 45 minutes low.

Catabolism shouldnt be much of an issue at low intensity IE: 125 to 130 bpm. Not taking in many carbs and with the amount of fat im taking in i should be in a small state of ketosis so my body wont be starving for glycogen during cardio more then likely ill be burning mostly fat.

Plus the fact i have muscle memory on my side haha. Arms have gone up .5 inches in 3 weeks, calves are up 3/4 of an inch, quads are up almost a full inch haha. Still got a ways to go to get back to where i was though :(.

thats pretty good gains in 3 weeks

Yeah well last year at this time i was at 268 and about 16% bodyfat now im 245 and like 22% lol's. muscle memory has a big part of it. Ill hit a point and then it will be back to the drawing board of harder gains.

Damn, 268!?!? I didn't know you got that high in lbs, thats huge bro. A few years ago I was 255 and about 20% bf, strong as hell, but very uncomfortable.

Yeah man i loved it last year i felt huge. Wasnt that uncomfortable lets face it i didnt have fantastic balance etc. but i never have lol. I was actually in great cardio shape too. That was for a few weeks though my bicep had finally scared up and healed itself as good as it would and i reinjured it pretty good so i took several months off and then just let myself go :*(. Hopefully i can stay injury free this time around and get back to where i was.
