i weigh 154 at 6 feet tall 11 % percent body fat i want to get to at least 180 with the same body fat percentage or less hopefully. i am about to start using some gear but dont know exactly what i should use and what routes are best i am a medic so i have access to anything i would need for injectables and then some any advice would be awesome!!
 
i am 28 and i have been an athlete my whole life. military life is is where the bulk of my physical training comes from i am in the gym at least twice a day i have a nutritionist at my disposal for the diet stuff dont have a whole lot of experience there but i am working on it.
 
Although you're at a good age to start using and you have decent experience, I wouldn't jump right into it just yet. At 6' 156, you should really concentrate on learning how to eat enough food to grow. Once you get that down, you could step into the gear world. That way, when you're on you know you'll be eating right and making the best of your cycle. Eating right after is going to be just as important to keep your gains.
 
I agree w/Teed. I'd suggest a solid basic exercise heavy workout and a good diet where you are getting enough good quality
calories to gain weight. If you havent done anything like this before you should get great results. Try to go as far as you can
naturally before considering the other. I know, everyone wants results tomorow but it takes time. When I say basic exercise's
I mean bench, deads, squats, heavy presses ect. Hold off on the 'shaping' exercises. Side laterals ect.
 
i understand what you guys are saying about eating right and keeping a strict diet. i am doing that with the nutrionist i have i work with him and see him daily so he is keepin me on track. what i would liek to know is that if i did start using gear what would be the proper stack to use for a good first cycle?

A test only cycle would be a good start. If you get sides bad you want to know whats causing them. Use one compound at a time. Once you see how you react on test, then you could add somthing else in. Test is king for bulk!
 
What you will use will depend on your feelings about use.........long and short term possible sides.....etc. Keep the first cycle simple. Dont let desperation to "get big quick" get in the way of good judgement. Good luck.
