I have used it at 100 mcg daily after an IGF GH cycle. Research shows 400-500 mcg to be equivilant to 2-3 iu gh, but for me personally, I really felt the 100 mcg. I took it at bedtime, 2 hrs after my last meal and each time I would feel my entire bvody become warm and sometimes sweat. Then came the hunger, almost like going hypo, craving carbs. I swithched to immediately pwo after 3 days and it seemed to calm the sides a bit. Ran it for 3 weeks then stopped. Just some experimenting at this point. I didn't die so I guess alls well.
