try taking a break man. If you switch to something stronger, you will just get used to that dose as well, eventually it takes a toll on your CNS (central nervous system). You'll start to feel achy and sluggish all the time, at least I did. My advice is to cycle off for 4-8 weeks, then jump back on.What do yall take for a pre workout.mine isn't doing much for me anymore.think my body is getting used to it
