HGH Question

Okay, say you have 400 iu to take 8 iu 3x / week (workout days). The only problem you have is that you won't have access to it after your workout. Would you run it in the morning to simulate GH bursts and keep biorhythms in order or would you run it a little before your workout? Or would you run half in the morning and half before the workout?

If I was to use HGH, that's what I'd be faced with because there is no way to keep the stuff in the refridgerator at home. (Those of you who have significant others/spouses who know you are using and are okay with it are lucky.)

In my own thinking, I would want to use the 8 iu before the workout, not in the morning. What do you think?
 
Off topic, but just wondering saudades, your significant other doesnt question how big you've gotten in such little time?

The friends i lift with dont know im on, and i dont want to advertise, (if you know what i mean) but they have started to notice a big difference.

why wouldnt you have access to git after the gym? you can put it right in your gymbag and do it where ever? it can get room temp.

That's good to know. I always thought it had to be refridgerated all the time. Technically, I'd be keeping it at work because that's also where I'd store my pins. I suppose I could keep it in my bag as long as room temp is okay and no one wonders what I'm doing in my car afterwards, lol.

Actually, it has taken me a long time to get where I am, about 10 years. I trained naturally for the first three, then I was tested and found out I had low hormone levels and went on hormone replacement. It has been gradual after that for seven years although I did have a sort of big jump in the last year--even in the last six months. Most people who know me already thought of me as 'big' so they only made comments like, "wow, you get bigger every time I see you" or "you're still growing?" My wife knows all about the hormone replacement which was responsible for my initial size increase. It's my cycles on top of that which I'm being careful with because they are making me increase faster.
 
Oh, i gotcha bro. So its not like you threw on 50 lbs. in 6 months! Would be nice though! lol
 
You can also buy one of those blue ice packs and toss it in a thermos or any container that wouldnt be obvious to keep it cool. I usually carry a small cooler to keep my bars, milk and other supps from heating up and I just keep a couple frozen blue packs in there.

No one know's anything because I keep my GH preloaded and hidden in the bottom.
