lol...be safe. Expecting to lose almost a pound a day is a pretty tall order missy. You should lower your expectations just a tad. lol. Seriously, I would be happy if you were losing 3-4lbs a week which seems like a more reasonable expectation. I think I remember telling you that at a certain point it's going to become a little harder to lose weight, because our bodies like to keep us at homeostasis and when you lose almost 20lbs the next 10lbs are going to be harder and the 10lbs following that will be harder yet. So keep it at a slow and steady pace and you'll get there sooner than you think.
 
Yeah but last cycle that's about what I lost, a lb a day. I was on for 18 days, lost 17 lbs. So I was hoping for at least 5 from an 8 day cycle, not 2! I'm just now starting to pee so I'm hoping it was water retention this time around. I really wanted to get to 140!
 
My temp is still up and I'm still feeling warm...shit's taking a few days to clear out of me. If the scale isn't down by tomorrow morning I'm gonna be PISSED!
 
I'm 150 here at the end of the day before bed, just peeing a lot. So HOPEFULLY by the end of the week I'll be in the 140's and DNP was just causing me water retention. If that's the case I will run DNP for weekly increments, one week on, 2 weeks off, and so forth. weeks off will be clen and i'm going to cycle t3 throughout.
 
ok kids I've got 20 lbs of fat to lose by my birthday, September 7th. I'm going to NYC to visit. I used to live there but never go anymore since my best friend died. He lived there.
Can I do it? With just diet and chemicals?
 
well looks like i only dropped 4 lbs on a week of DNP. so be it. i'm still gonna cycle it. i've got a goal, be 130 or less by my birthday, preferably 120. That gives me three months. Ima be drugged to the gills and living on vegetables people!
 
Why so much concern with the scale? I know it's a good way to track your progress, but just diet until you feel you look good enough. You're not going to look the same at 130 or 120 as you did the last time you weighed that.
 
How do you mean I'm not going to look the same? Since I'm not training I know I'm not gaining any muscle mass so I'm using the scale to track instead of getting body fat checked. Which is probably sky high anyway and would only depress me even more. Last time I weighed 120 in the pic I have here in my thread I wasn't training either. I was living on no food and lots of depression and sleep, spin class maybe twice a week if I was lucky.
 
Alright, I didn't know the story behind your previous pics. It just seems your relying very heavily on the scale. I don't necessarily mean you need to have your body fat checked, but a good look in the mirror and some pics are always my frame of reference.

I'd go by the mirror and pics if I was training and bbing. I'm not doing a bb diet or training program so the scale is what tells me if I'm losing. The mirror looks horrible so I try to avoid that as much as possible!

So as I said, it's looking like I lost 4 lbs in a week of DNP use. I've been dieting and using t3, clen, and eca all week and my weight hasn't gone down anymore from THAT, so I'm like wtf I should be down another lb right? I'm trying to lose 3 lbs a week. Is it only DNP that's going to work for me? I'm thinking out loud. Is dieting and the other drugs not going to do anything? I was hoping to be 148-149 by tomorrow and I'm still holding steady at 150 when I weigh in the morning...any ideas would be appreciated. I think I need a miracle so I can do cardio again. I've got tons of tae bo just waiting to be used...and I'm dying to use it...
 
dnp isnt the only thing that will work, the others are just not as fast..are you ramping your doses up with the clen and t3? also are you taking an eca with the clen? because those two compounds will compete for some of the same receptors rendering it less effective (i believe let me see if i can find that study) try adding a peptide in like igf, that will help lean you out and preserve any muslce you still have..
ps next time your pants are falling down i expect a phone call so i can drive up there or at least a pic..selfish LOL i would have told you if i had no pants on..as a matter of fact, i have no pants on LOL

I can't really go above 40 on the clen, it just makes me way too wonky, but I can try. I'm using liquid T3 so I'm using a slin pin to measure it out and I'm going up to 20. Should I be up to 50? I can try spacing the clen out during the day instead of having it all at once. My friend does that. Maybe get up to 60 with the clen, haven't tried going higher than that. God I feel fat. You make me feel sexy IP LOL! I think ECA gives me more energy though, I almost feel like I could do cardio on it. Like take a walk. Clen doesn't give me that kind of energy. Just makes me feel anxious and jittery. I definitely don't want receptors competing, that would SUCK I just figured the more the merrier, but what do I know lol.

i would start the clen off at 12.5mcgs or 25mcgs and every 3 days or so ramp up again, this allows you to adjust to that jittery feeling and its not as bad as taking in a higher dose right off the bat..you start to high you really have no wear else to go and that could be the problem right there..start off with lower doses and ramp up, that goes for t3 as well. drop the eca and save it..more isnt better..if you feel that you could do some walking or something when i the eca i say drop the clen and try and do some walking. do it first thing in the AM on an empty stomach and take your morning dose of your fat burners. You will def see some weight loss, its never going to equal DNP but it will work, that i promise you..i think one of your problems (besides not talking dirty to me) is that you are starting off with higher doses expecting it to work faster that way, thats not what ahppens all your doing is giving yourself shitty more pronounced sides..
 
T3 always made me feel like shit...I mean total shit. Hot, lethargic, and just like I had the flu or something. Clen had me shaking like crazy. ECA makes me anxious but it's bearable. With that being said I've used all three at once in the past. Bad idea. lol. Most of the time more will give you more bad side effects.
 
thanks guys, will take all that into consideration. t3 doesn't make me feel too shitty, clen makes me more anxious than eca, so i guess we're all different with our reactions. i guess it's just finding what works best.
