good to hear bro, I gotta get my bloods done soon, Im not thinking anything is too out of wack, just on 100eod of prop at the moment but still like to monitor every 3 months or so just for piece of mind.
Blood pressure is uber important. The blood donating will lower red blood cell count which is important. Another thing which can raise red blood cell count is dehydration so make sure you are very well hydrated when you take next test. If pressure is not helped get some blood pressure meds. Get old meds there cheap and work good. I always tell the Doctor old drugs for me, nothing new and on patent.
